What to expect
How the thirty minutes go.
1. Your shop first
How a garment comes in, who touches it, and where it goes. Ten minutes on your process, before any screen.
2. A garment through Alter-Sync
Darrell takes one of your real order forms and enters it as an order: customer, garment, instructions, measurements, QR code.
3. The day and the month
The Daily Status dashboard, the reports, and, if you want it, the Live Board. Then what it would cost for your shop.
Bring your order forms
The best walkthrough starts with your paperwork.
Whatever you write on when a garment comes in: a carbon pad, a printed form, a notebook. We map it to the order record field by field, so you can see there is nothing new to learn.
- One or two recent order forms, any format
- A rough count of who touches a garment between intake and pickup
- The question you get asked most: usually "where is it?"
