The two questions every owner asks

How easy is this to use?

The order form asks for what your paper form asks for: the customer, the garment, the instructions, and the measurements. The QR code on the garment opens its record from a phone camera, so there is nothing to memorize. The shop it was built in had run for decades without a computer on the counter, and they use it every day.

How does this really help me?

Three ways. You stop being the only person who knows where a garment is, because the record is on the QR code. You stop retyping a customer's measurements every season, because they are saved on the profile. And you stop building the morning report by hand, because it is a button that downloads a CSV.

Part 3

The order record

What information stays with an order?

Customer details, garment information, measurements, fabric details, instructions, and current status stay together from intake to pickup. Each garment has its own QR code.

What statuses can an order have?

Draft, active, on hold, completed, and cancelled, with a Low, Normal, High, or Urgent priority. Your shop decides what each means in practice.

Does every garment need a QR code?

Every order item gets one automatically. Whether you print and attach it is your choice. Scanning opens the record; typing the code does the same.

Part 5

Dashboard, reports, and the Live Board

Is the Live Board included?

The standard dashboard is included. The Live Board for a shared shop-floor display is a separate premium feature. Ask Darrell to walk you through both options.

What does the Daily Status dashboard show?

Open orders, today's appointments, items with suppliers, overdue orders, revenue this month, overdue tailor items, and new orders over the last thirty days.

Can I get my data out?

Every report has a Download CSV control. Orders, appointments, supplier workload, and the 1099 summary all open in any spreadsheet.
